• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up (including via Google, Apple, or other OAuth providers).
• Profile information: company name, role, LinkedIn URL, and other details you share during onboarding.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send to your AI agent, feedback, and support requests.
• Connected service data: when you connect third-party tools (email, calendar, Slack, etc.), we access data from those services as authorized by you through OAuth. Your agent uses this data to perform tasks on your behalf.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, interactions with your AI agent, and session duration.
• Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: we use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. See Section 7 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including your AI agent's ability to assist you.
• Process transactions and manage your account and credits.
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
• Ensure security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not use your content, conversations, or connected service data to train AI models.

3. AI Agent Data Handling

Your AI agent processes data from your connected services (email, calendar, Slack, etc.) to perform tasks you authorize. This processing is governed by the following principles:

• Isolation: Your agent operates in an isolated cloud environment. Your data is not shared with other users' agents.
• Human approval: Your agent does not take external actions (sending emails, scheduling meetings, posting messages) without your explicit approval, unless you adjust your autonomy settings.
• No model training: Your conversations, documents, and connected service data are never used to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Minimal retention: Connected service data is processed in real time to serve your requests. We retain conversation history to maintain continuity with your agent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: cloud hosting, payment processing, and AI model providers who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• AI model providers: we send prompts to third-party AI providers to power your agent. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering the requested output.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of withclaw, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• OAuth-based authentication for connected services. We do not store your third-party passwords.
• Isolated execution environments for AI agent processing.
• Regular security reviews and monitoring.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct your account information at any time.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Disconnect third-party services from your agent at any time, which immediately revokes access.
